Conditions
Who provides the service: Garces Auto Deals coordinates the file and the bid instruction. Bidding and purchasing are carried out by an authorized dealer or operator with its own auction registration.
You approve the cost breakdown and authorize your maximum bid in writing before any bid. The $300 fee is only earned with a valid award under the contract and your written authorization; it does not duplicate dealer services or fees. Reviews of additional lots without an award are quoted separately. Auction fees, authorized dealer fees, transport, inspections, taxes and other third-party charges are paid separately and are not part of Garces fees. There is no online payment for now: payment is arranged in writing.
