Conditions
Who provides the service: Garces Auto Deals handles the search, comparison and coordination. Bidding and purchasing are carried out by an authorized dealer or operator.
The $349 replaces the $99 Auction Access initial fee: both are not charged. The $300 award fee applies only with a valid award under the contract and your written authorization, without duplicating dealer services or fees. Auction fees, authorized dealer fees, transport, inspections, taxes and other third-party charges are paid separately and are not part of Garces fees. Before any payment you receive a written proposal with scope, term and cancellation conditions. If no suitable vehicle is found during the term, the process is closed under the contract.
